I grew up in Denver, spent four years in Ann Arbor at the University of Michigan, lived in Spain and Portugal, and now call New York City home.
MadTravels is a collection of my travel and lived experiences: the trips I've taken, the spots I love, what they cost, and what I'd keep and do differently.
From ages 11 to 18, I was part of an international youth organization called CISV, where I lived and learned alongside people from all over the world. It gave me a deep appreciation for culture, connection and different ways of living.
Since then I've lived in Spain and Portugal, road-tripped across the U.S., summited Mount Kilimanjaro, and explored much of Europe, Central and South America, and parts of Africa. I've traveled on tight budgets and stayed in nice hotels, and every version shaped how I travel now.
